Let’s make sure you have the right expectations on what it will cost you to sell your home and how much money you will be able to walk away from the closing table with. There are a few costs to consider.
Real Estate Commissions
The traditional real estate commissions are 6% of the sold price. Typically 3% goes to your listing agent and 3% goes to the Buyers agent. WE ARE NOT TYPICAL…
Your cost
We charge a flat fee listing of $6,000 for our services
We also give our seller clients the option to offer the same $6,000 to a buyer agent or we can use our marketing to see if we can find an unrepresented buyer so you don’t pay a buyer agent at all.
Closing cost
These cost are all of the cost associated with bringing all of you taxes, HOA, etc current, as well as mortgage fees, title Insurance and fees, etc.
Your Cost is usually between 1%-3%
(300k homes are closer to 3% and 1mm home are closer to 1%)
Repairs/Updates/Staging
These are all items that are optional. Sometimes there can be a big benefit to making a few minor repairs or finishing an unfinished project to make sure that the home shoes in the best light for potential buyers. Other times sellers decide to leave the repairs and unfinished items with the understanding that they will probably pay for it when they sell their home with a lower purchase price.

We do not cut corners. We have made a decision to charge a flat fee becasue we know that saving money is one of the top priorities of our clients. We also know that if we want to stay in business on a flat fee model we need to go above and beyond so that you are excited to refer your friends and family to us when they are ready to sell their homes.

Easy Exit Guarantee
We understand that trusting someone to help you sell your most valuable asset can be a little unsettling. We know that the service we provide is second to none and we are willing to put our money where our pocket book is. If, for any reason you are unappy with our service gives us two weeks to make it right and if you still want to part ways you can. We write it in the contract.
Communication Guarantee
Communication is KEY! we will give you a weekly update as to how your home is fairing on the market, who has seen it, what feedback we are getting, and upcoming showings. If at anytime you are unsatisfied give us two weeks and if we can’t make you happy you terminate the contract.If
If you Find The Buyer… It’s Free
Our clients do not have to stop marketing their home, whether it be by word of mouth or on the internet. If you bring a buyer to the table we will back out and let you facilitate the transaction. If you bring the buyer but would still like us to handle the transaction through to the closing table then we still charge our same flat fee.
